A New Era For Pickle's

In January 2021, new owners Clark and Ashley Beecher, together with Baron and Courtney Fields as part of the management team, began an exciting new chapter for Pickle's. Their vision was simple: preserve everything guests love while elevating the overall experience.

Since then, Pickle's has undergone significant upgrades to the restaurant, service, menu offerings, and guest experience, creating an even more welcoming destination for families, locals, and visitors throughout the year.

Meet Pickle's Sandbar

As Pickle's celebrated its 30th anniversary in February 2023, the restaurant welcomed its newest addition: Pickle's Sandbar.

Located directly on the south side of Pickle's in Seaside's Pop-Up District, the Sandbar offers a fresh way to experience Pickle's. Guests can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, ice-cold draft beer, frozen beach drinks, and a thoughtfully curated wine selection in a relaxed coastal setting. With full-service hospitality from our talented bartenders, the Sandbar delivers a new side of Pickle's while maintaining the fun, approachable atmosphere guests have always loved.
